Instructions
I cut my felt about 3x6 and stitched around the edges.
With my hot glue gun I glued the handle on both sides of the top.
With your ribbon glue a piece on the front and add any cute embellishments you want.
Fill with extra special treats.

Now you have a cute Treat bag filled with special treats for that someone special and so easy to do but with a extra special something.
