mod-podge-glow in the dark

Iron your grocery bag on LOW heat so the bag doesn't melt...yep I melted one
Copy your photo and shrink or enlarge it to cover the printing on your bag you can get patterns off the Internet just google Halloween bags
Place the felt under the pattern...Its easier to cut the felt
Glue on your bag with hot glue gun of tacky glue
Finish your bag with fun Embellishments
